- MAGNiPULL is the base material to produce magnetic slot wedges. It consists of glass fibre, iron powder and modified epoxy resin in an adjustable combination.
- MAGNiPULL has good magnetic conductivity with high electrical resistance and high mechanical strength.
- MAGNiPULL is used, for example, as a slot wedge in electrical induction machines.
- HIGH STIFFNESS / STRENGTH - Our production process enables the use of reinforcing fibres precisely adapted to the customer's geometry.
- HIGH TEMPERATURE STABILITY - Our high glass transition temperature (Tg) results in very low shrinkage during use. No shrinkage was measurable or detectable during our test series.
